Is there a way to export the CSV using another symbol as a separator?

Hello. I have some problems when converting CSV into columns.
The problem is on separators: if you have commas in the message body, then when you try to convert the CSV into columns, the data are splitted in the wrong way.
So, is there a way to export the CSV using another symbol as a separator? Or to avoid this failure in putting the fields in the right column?
Otherwise it is virtually impossible to use those csv.

Well…on Google Drive it works perfectly. That’s weird.
Anyway, for those reading, the possible solution is:
- upload the file in Google Drive
- open the file with Google Sheets
- delete the column with the message body
- download the file
- open in in Excel (if you need to)
