Is there a way to export settings?

I did a search for ‘export’ and nothing came up, my apologies if this has already been asked.

I will work with 3 other devs on a site and will eventually make changes to group’s permissions. I was wondering if there was a way to export the settings so my devs can import them in their dev machines?
