Is there a way to exclude a member form being searched in the directory?

you could use your opt-in field to exclude/include users.

Thanks so much Anmari. If my field is a radio button, is there a value I can assign for it to exclude so that my form functions dynamically? It will be a lot of work if I have to manually assign a user ID in the exclude field box.

My field name is “Post_on_website”. Since it’s a radio button, could I add something like this in the exclude field while configuring my list: “true” or “yes”?

Hi Bob,
yes of course – just try it. Put whatever value you have used as your true or yes in the include / exclude.
If you don’t know what you used, then display the field first.
