Is there a way to EDIT a Wooommerce Order once someone has ordered?

Is there a way to EDIT a Wooommerce Order once someone has ordered?

For example we have setup the new website to be an Order Enquiry form with Woocommerce. No payment is made when customers place and ORDER ENQUIRY through the Woocommerce system.

When the Order is received in ADMIN, then we will SEND an INVOICE out to the customer for payment separately.

Sometimes we need to EDIT the Freight in the Woocommerce Order, can we somehow do this from withing the Woocommerce Orders area ?

Therefore if ORDER ENQUIRY total was $116 and then freight needs to be added in correctly depending on postcode (that CLIENT wants to add in separately) .. then Total of Invoice should be $126 (inc $10 freight) …

Therefore HOW can we ADD/Change the freight in the ORDER so that the total is correct ?

Is this possible at all ?

I have another client that needs to be able to EDIT the Order that has been received by the client, because sometimes a stock item is SOLD out in between, but someone has ordered, then it would be easier to REMOVE the item from the Order, get a new Total and then SEND INVOICE from Woocommerce.
