Is there a way to customize the Adsense positioning in this example?

    Hi there, let me start by saying your dev team is a godsend when it comes to this plug-in. It has saved me HOURS of manual customization so much thanks!

    Currently I have all my posts set up with the rule ‘Ad – Left of Post Content’.

    I have now incorporated a Table of Contents plugin that I would like to appear immediately below the post title and directly above the post content (including the wrapped adsense block).

    However, no matter what I do, the Table of Contents box will appear above the post content but always to the right of the Adsense block. i.e. The ‘Ad- Left of Post Content’ is treating the Table of Contents as part of what it needs to be left aligned to.

    Is there a way to make it so that the Table of Contents will appear above the Ad as opposed to next to it?

    What about using “Ad – Middle of Post content” section and playing with the paragraph parameter to get the position right?

    I tried playing with the ‘Middle of Post Content’ unfortunately, setting the paragraph parameter to 1 resulted in the Ad getting wrapped inside the Table of Contents box.

    Ultimately I still want it to align left with a text wrap (of the first paragraph) around the ad block. Is there something else I should be doing to tweak this?
