Is there a way to create user submitted posts using toolset

Hello wonderful people of toolset, we are working with a job board website.Where every listing is an individual post.As of now we are updating every post manually based on user submission to maintain layout consistency. so all I wanted to know is can I create a user form where users can submit their listings which automatically generated into a post with consistency in layout.Huge thanks in advance. I’m asking out of curiosity.
