Is there a way to create multiple tag blocks

If you take a look at Ultimate Member plugin, they use tags as a way to search and filter data. Something similar would be awesome. So for example, say if I was trying to find or sort baseball players:

Position: (Limited list of tags that would show only “positions”: Catcher, Pitcher, 1B, 2B, etc).

“Height” tag: (Limited list of tags 5’8, 5’9…6’5 etc)

“Weight” tag: (Limited list of tags 180 lb, 185 lb…250 lb) etc

“Team” tag: (Limited list of tags Yankees, Dodgers, Giants, etc)
