is there a way to convert diacritic characters ?

I write in romanian language and I use diacritics like:?,?,?, ?,a

I’ve installed the plugin and is in use here:

but the anchor link for r?z?toare doesn’t contain the “?” is there a way to be converted in ? in a ? and so on?
