    Hi @lkbackus! Apologies for the delay.

    WooCommerce should be capturing a customer name for the billing information at a minimum. A shipping name would also be captured if a guest opted to supply different information for shipping. These are built into WooCommerce itself and are outside of the control of WooCommerce SecureSubmit Gateway.
