Is there a way to add RSS feed link or readers count in social count plus?

Hi,

All existing things working really nice but I would also like to add the RSS feed url in the social count plus plugin section to show up in my blog.

Is there a way to add the RSS feed link in existing plugin or customize the plugin in functions.php file and append my html to this widget?
