Is there a way to add ad inserter to a specific link?

    I have set up Ad inserter in order to use Amazon OneLink. However, I realized I don’t want every Amazon link on my site to all route to onelink b/c not all my users want to be forced into their country’s native Amazon site. So putting the code at the end of my content won’t work.

    Is there a way to apply the code to a specific link in a post? Or to set up a sidebar link that would use OneLink, but not have it active on the entire site? I was able to figure out how to set up ad-inserter with my correct code, but I don’t see a way to make it that specific in terms of where it is active.

    Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks!

    Yes, it is possible.

    Amazon OneLink code normally goes into footer. If you need the code on all pages you can put it into the Footer code block:

    However, if you want to insert footer code only on specific pages do the following:
    Use one code block for Amazon OneLink.
    – Set Automatic insertion to Footer
    – Set Alignment and style to No wrapping (as no code will be generated in the footer)
    – Enable required page types

    – Define posts, pages, categories, tags, etc. where the code should be inserted:

    Is there a way to do it at the link level? Specifically to set up a one Amazon link on the page that is tagged to use OneLink, while the others work as normal. The idea being that those international folks that want to go to Amazon.com can do it by clicking the non-coded link, and those that want to go to their international Amazon site can do it by clicking the onelink coded link.

    So I don’t want the whole page to use the service, I just want a link (or a linked graphic if that works better). Thanks!

    I assume the inserted OneLink code works for all links on the page.
