Is there a way to add a subtitles template tag from another plugin in the html?

I’m using a subtitles plugin and would like to see them in the wpp widget in the post but the subtitles are only being recognized for the current post. Is there a way to add the template tag for the plugin the_subtitle() or get_the_subtitle() into the html markup?
