Is there a way to add a 2nd navigation menu in header to Suco theme

Hi,

I am using the Suco theme from Themify. It looks like it just has the one navigation menu in the header. I would like to add a second navigation menu in the header. One above the header and one below (currently it appears below the header).

Is there a way to do this? I looked thru plugins, but didn’t see anything that would help me. Not sure what search term to use though. Is my only option to find a different theme? I really like the Suco theme.
