Is there a way so that it does not translate comments.

    Yes,

    In your theme, wrap the comments with a no_translate class

    I will give an example,

    In twenty-twelve you have a file called comments.php in which there is a line like:

    <div id="comments" class="comments-area">

    You will need to change it to:

    <div id="comments" class="comments-area no_translate">

    and that’s all folks
