The MailPoet plugin for WordPress provides a documented shortcode which displays an archive list with links to the most recent Mailpoet emails either with or without restriction by subscription list.

But there is no documented shortcode to allow embedding the LATEST MailPoet email with or without restriction by subscription list.

So after each time I send out a mailing, I have to get the link from the archive and embed it in an iframe to display it on a WordPress page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @donteiser,

Yes, as you’ve found, there’s currently no shortcode to just display the latest MailPoet email or to return the URL to the latest MailPoet email.

While it’s possible to hide older emails and only display the latest in the archive list (i.e. using CSS on the page to hide list elements), there’s no existing shortcode for what you are trying to do.

It would be great if you could add it as a suggestion/enhancement request on our feedback/ideas board here: https://feedback.mailpoet.com

Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin.

    Hi there @donteiser,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
