Not a stupid question at all.

There are no shortcodes currently in the plugin. The results page works easier without the shortcode.

What do you mean by shortcode for search?

The widget displays the top search terms.

    Thx Ajay

I was looking for a page where the user gets directed to when they click “search”. I have always done this by adding a shortcode to a new page, calling the page “Search” and the menu creates a link to that page.

Can I see an example of this? I’m not sure how the plugin would handle displaying results on the page.

But, is there a reason you’d prefer a page rather than using seamless integration with a search template of your choice?

Thx Ajay, I would rather use your plugin as it is intended to be used. A quick idea on how to do it would be great.

For seamless integration, just goto the Settings page and enable Seamless integration. This should automatically overwrite all search queries and directly integrate into your theme.
