Is there a short code to embed?

  • Hello. I installed the WordPress plugin for Minnit Chat as I have a subscription. Is there a short code to embed on pages instead of the chat showing up on every page on the side. I just want to be able to add a short code inside a text area. Thanks.

  • Once this plugin is installed, you will be able to add a Minnit Chat to any post or page using the editor. Simply create a new block, scroll down to “Embeds”, and then select “Minnit Chat”. Enter your chat name, and you’re all set!

    I use WordPress. There doesn’t seem to be “a block.” In the editor. I use Divi Theme. Not the default WordPress theme or editor. Can you clarify. Thank you! ??

    Thank you! Is there a way to enable SSO for wordpress? Allow my wordpress users to use the chat only where they can login to their accounts and start chatting?

    As for the embed above within wordpress, that seems to be only with the default editor which I don’t use. I use divitheme. ??

    I also use DIVI theme. Did you find a way to embed the Chat widget in DIVI???

    I ended up using the iframe embed code and it works great!

    Just place a “code” module where you want it in your DIVI layout and copy/paste the iframe code.
