Is there a search page?

  • I would like Members to be able to come on my website and upload documents.

    I then want Users to be able to search all the uploaded files from the Members – but not necessarily be able to download them, just see that they exist. If they see that they exist, they can email either me OR the document uploader to request a copy of it.

    The documents being uploaded will be PDF documents and have 5 associated fields: Location (State/Category Drop Down), First Name, Last Name, Document Publish Date, Description

    People using the search will likely search by First Name, Last Name and Location.

    Is your plugin capable of achieving this?

    Hi, the plugin does not have a search capability because it is too generic to implement.
    It can be done but requires some programming.

    I am not going to charge you for this because I was planning to add it in a future version of the plugin. I will try to come up with a temporary but fully functional solution for you. It will probably take me a couple of weeks to implement. I will let you know.

    It’s exactly the functionality O was looking for. Has this already been applied to the official update or is it still under programming process.
