Is there a script that can make video gallery?

Hi all, their

I would dearly like to recreate what CNN does with their video page – https://www.cnn.com/video/ – by pulling in video from youtube etc.

Does anyone know of a script that would allow a page of video thumbs and when you click display the video at the top of the page like CNN does?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. I may even be able to pay a small amount for any assistance (if that is allowed here).
