IS there a safe way to remove the “noopener no referrer ” code in WP links?

Using here WP and I know theres a way to remove the noopener no referrer line of code but its dangerous (and I know theres a closed thread about it) and I need to show my clients how much traffic I’m driving to their sites, something that WP has made impossible with the noreferrer code for my links.

is there a way to solve this? surely millions or thousands must be in a similar situation. The referred traffic options in analytics has been rendered pretty much useless after this piece of code was added.
