  • Hi, Garrett. WordPress does add an extra checkbox at the top of that list for whatever Page is set as your Static Front Page under Settings → Reading (which in your case, appears to be the Page named “Homepage”).

    However, I don’t see where it does anything to try to exclude that Page from the original list, and I don’t know if that aspect of the behavior is intentional or not, so it might be worthy of a Trac Ticket so the dev team can weigh in on it.
