Is there a problem with vista log ins?

  • I have a member who uses vista and she can not sign in with her username and password which i have set up for her. as i have some protected areas that only members can read this is causing some problems.

    is this a known fault?

    i will ask her what browser she is using, but she swears she has checked carefully and used the right upper and lower case combination etc etc and can not log in.

    Been using Vista for months now without login problems. You might want to post browser information and the exact error message that she is getting.

    Thanks. I did ask her for the browser information but I don’t think she gave it to me. Will ask her again. I’m pretty sure it will be internet explorer but not sure which version.

    I have had similar problems with the wp-password plugin since I changed to vista. It is driving me crazy. If anyone has any answers I would be delighted.

    what internet browser are you using?

    i think the person who is having trouble with my site is on IE7 but she’s not very computer savvy so am having trouble explaining to her how to find the info to report it to me@
