Is there a problem with Breaking Bad and Nav menus?

I’m getting a problem using the technique you showed in your tutorial, The Perfect Header where the nav menu shows vertically in the tablet display where I set the column number to 3 and it’s width to 100%.
I looked at another project and it’s the same i.e. showing vertically not horizontally. Any ideas?
