Is there a plugin to list sub-pages

Hello, I need to list sub pages of a page.

I have certain pages that should list downloads or films etc.

These will just be the subpages and I need a plugin that I can add via a shortcode that will output the pages. I also need to be able to easily define an html template for these pages – I DON’T WANT JUST A UL OF PAGE TITLES.

I would be good if it also displays an image if there is one.

Are there any plugin like this already??? I have googled and googled but there is so many crap plugins out there I can’t seem to find any good ones that do what I need.

Alternatively some kind of there plugin that would show a list of post from a category would also do. As log as they have a proper template that can be edited.
