Is there a plugin to insert random links in the middle of content?

Are there any plugins that will insert random links to my posts in the middle of content?

I say random – should be relevant links to other posts that are similar.

In the same way as you can have links on the bottom to other posts.

Say, insert a link that is in italics for example, or in a different colour – just to distinguish from the actual content.

I wasn’t sure what I should search for.
