Is there a plugin to create contact forms , with dropdown to choose recipients

I want to add a general contact form, and also have the option in the form to choose the recipient of that form , so it could be a dropdown to choose that you want to contact , sales or general or support. and it will go to a different email address depending which one you choose.

Is this possible?
