Is there a plugin to copy a certain post to another blog by using a code snippet

I am building several closely related blogs that would benefit from a few shared pages. I don’t want to cross link, but I would like to copy the content of a post page on blog A on a post page on blog B, and keep both of them updated by editing only the post page on blog A. I know there is plugin that allows you to syndicate content that way, but I don’t want the content to be available for syndication.

Could anyone suggest a plugin for this job?
