Is There A Plugin That Will Display A Graphic/Banner…

Hello,

Is there a plugin that will display a graphic or banner into a Widget
Area based on a Date or Date Range?

For Example… I would like to have a Default Graphic displayed at the
top of the page within a Widget Area (for example – a Welcome to My Site Graphic), but on a certain day or Date Range, another Graphic or Banner would be displayed (for example – Happy New Year from My Site)… And I am looking for it to ONLY display one Graphic or Banner at a time…

Does anyone know if this is possible or if a good one exists?
