Is there a plugin that offers a fully customizable ken burns zoom effect?

    I am looking to find a slider (slide show/gallery) that would have a ken burns effect that I can customize.
    Basically, define the starting point, ending point, so that it zooms into the direction that I would like it to go and the speed as well.
    And all that to be part of the gallery as the photos change and have that effect be customized for every picture that I insert.
    Suggestions appreciated!
