Is there a plugin that lets users have rankings and is visable on posts/forum?

I wanted a plugin that allows me to add custom images that corresponds to users posts. Any Idea where I can find a plugin for this? I’ve looked everywhere and couldn’t find one. Maybe anything very similar? Doesnt even have to be images, could just be text that has the rankings.
