Is there a plugin that allows users to have their own Page?

Is there a plug in that allows users to have their own password protected page?

So that User A has the ability to write and amend their own specific page, User B can amend their own page. Perhaps these privileges set by Admin, but perhaps also the privilege being automatically granted once they register?

As I understand the roles and capabalities, at a certain level a user can edit ALL pages etc. but that’s not what I’m really looking for.

Does such a plug in exist?
