Is there a plugin that allows users to add generated HTML blocks without coding?

Hi, I’m managing a site for a client. This is the page that I’m trying to modify https://www.centerforperformingarts.net/?page_id=101.

I’m happy with how the page looks now, but am looking for a way for my client to be able to add teachers herself without coding. Is there a general plugin that would allow me to have add object (teacher) screen where the client would fill out several custom fields (in this case Name, website, phone, email, description, photo), then I could specify the HTML template where the user-entered values would display?

Does that make sense? I’m considering building it myself, but wanted to see if there was something already out there? Or does someone have another solution?

This is a persistent conundrum I’ve had with CMS’s, a tradeoff between precise templating and usability.
