Is there a plugin for visualizing input data for one user?

  • There are many plugins which will provide me with data from surveys or quizes but that is not exactly what I’m searching for. Therefor my question.

    I need a plugin that will let me ask some multiple questions with every answer representing an amount of points.
    After answering around 5 questions I would like to show the user a graph on how they scored, preferable a radar- or polar chart.

    Is there a plugin that does what I describe above? Would be great if someone could link me!
