Is there a plugin for member2member payments?

    Somebody approached me with this idea today: they want to build a website where people can register to either send funds or receive funds. Can this be done with WordPress? Is there some plugin out there that allows a website’s users to send money to each other on a recurring basis? The website/company itself will just act as a platform, doesn’t need to handle the funds or charge a fee on top of the payment.
