Is there a plugin for an extremely simple forum?

Hi I am looking for a forum like below(two pictures on a flickr account). No bells and whistles. Not multiple forums. Just one posting spot. I guess it almost just looks like a comment section? It is a forum, and I really enjoy the simplicity of it. Again no bells and whistles. If you are a poster of one of the post it pops up a little “edit” sign next to the post. Anything like this you guys have seen out there?
