Is there a page builder plugin that leaves behind pure html/css/javascript?

I’d like to offer folks the ability to use a page builder within their WordPress site, but I’d also like not to be entirely dependent upon it.

I’m wondering if there are any page builders out there that generate pure html/css/javascript so that if one removes the plugin the page still displays as intended?
