is there a log for Admin activities?

I am installing and configuring a new theme on a web site that has a few key employees with Admin credentials. I have the site in “maintenance mode” but the site has been reverted – twice – to the orginal theme.

Is there any log that shows which person or person’s with Admin credentials has logged in any changed the theme?

If it does not already exist is there a plugin that would log those events?
