Is there a limit to the number of thumbnails that can be displayed?

On our website, and for the page that displays the piers, I have uploaded 16 images to the library and put them under the category, “piers,” but only 14 of the thumbnails will show on the sidebar of that page. I’ve checked the CSS and its not a function of the sidebar height. I checked all through the options in Catablog, but I don’t see any option that limits the number of thumbnails that can be shown.
Can anyone provide an answer to this problem?
