No, there is no limit.

Can you tell me then why the rooms are not showing up? In the Admin panel I have
main-chat
side-room
women-only

but on the website there are links that will take you as to our hot-topics chat room

Chat room is there but not listed on backend.

And I have added a chat room called “chapel”. It is not showing up on the front end or the back end.

I believe that this is something wrong with your WordPress installation. The issue affects chat but I don’t think it is a problem with the plugin. I cannot help you because I don’t offer free support for WordPress

Just a quick note of thanks! Because of your suggestion that there might be a problem with the WordPress installation I deleted the whole website including database and reinstalled. When I reinstalled I got an error that included home/chat/public_html which is what I had seen before but didn’t know why. There was no chat folder to create the error.

Since I had deleted EVERYTHING for that domain name I deduced that it had to be something with my domain name settings. Originally I had been forwarding this domain name to another of my websites. I had stopped the forwarding when I built this new site but somehow the settings were not saved, and it was still forwarding to the chat aspect of my other website.

I would not have found this without your input. Just wanted to give you a big thanks from an old lady.
