    Hello there,

We need an email list service provider and MailChimp is number one when we look online.

We understand that there is a limit on when you send an email newsletter to your audience as mentioned on the MailChimp website (their plans show the amount of emails that can be sent)

But we are confused in regards to the amount of people that can sign up or subscribe to your email popup/form.

Is there any limit to this – or can “unlimited” amount of people sign up/provide their email address.

Thanks for your time and help ??

    Hey @gregthegreg5,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please note that we are not MailChimp.com. We are a different company that made the plugin “MailChimp for WordPress”. For any specific questions related to MailChimp’s limitations, I would recommend contacting their support.

Also, from what I know the amount of subscribers for free account is limited.

Thanks @hchouhan Appreciate the reply ??

So we can use this plugin and collect emails from MailChimp. Do the emails (from people subscribing) get stored on the MailChimp dashboard or will they be stored on your plugin?

    Hey @gregthegreg5,

Our plugin (free version) does not store any data. If the subscriber is added to MailChimp.com then you will see all the subscriber details from your MailChimp.com account.

Also, if you enable “Double Opt-in”, then the details are added to MailChimp only after they confirm their email address using a link sent via email to them by MailChimp.
