Is there a hook to trigger getting checkout info after it is filled in

    This is for a custom plugin I’m developing that needs the Shipping Address to determine whether the order can be delivered instantly with Uber. This means if the hook exists it should trigger after the checkout form fields have been filled but before payment has been made so that if the user wants instant delivery the Uber price is added onto their shopping cart.
