    Hi

    I was wondering is there a functional APP for WordPress Woocommerce for admin to upload products etc in Woocommerce.

    I have a client who has issues making changes to their Woocommerce store via their 14″ tablet via normal website browser (the wp-admin area), so was wondering whether the WordPress Woocomerce APP is better than what it used to be, so clients on the go can upload their products easier and make changes via the App rather than through the browser.

    My client is getting frustrated that he cannot update his website easy via the website wp-admin in the browser and he doesn’t use a computer at all, only a 14″ tablet.

    If someone has some better ideas on HOW my client can upload his products easier and make changes to the website pages.

    I did try the app last year but didn’t really function very well.

    I understand the client make changes to products via tablet.

    One method to create or update products in bulk is using the default importer/exporter, it works via CSV file and spreadsheets:

    Another alternative is using Square, it is an extension that is able to work as a payment gateway, but also is able to sync products between Square and WooCommerce or vice versa. The client can update the products in Square, and sync the changes to WooCommerce:

    you may want to try WEmanage app instead.. search plugin or app named WEmanage to find it. It allows much more and without jetpack..

    HI Igor

    The client doesn’t want to make changes in bulk. He just wants to update via his 14″ tablet easily via an App, The WordPress App.

    We are not using Square.

    We would prefer to do it on Google browser but causing issues on client tablet as he is using Apple.

    Is the WordPress App still functional as there was limitations last time I played with it?

    I need an easy way for client to upload and make changes to Woocommerce products and general pages also.

    Yisrael – I will investigate WEmanage app thanks. So this app will allow you to make changes to your Woocommerce website AND standard pages like HOme page and Contact page etc?

    HI Yisrael – Looking at the site now. Looks very interesting and possibly will work. How much does it cost?

    If I am signing up do I sign up as my client or myself to help manage their site with this app?

    Hi Yisrael – With this App, can we also change/edit the Home page and Contact page also, or is it just for Woocommerce products on the go only ?

    Also can you confirm that I can manage the client site directly via the App and that we don’t have to pay services for someone else to do the updates or changes via the App?

    no need to pay other services for what you want

    no – you cant edit the website, only add products, edit products, get notifications and manage orders..

    but it works great! :))

    Hi Yisrael, what is the main contact email for more questions about this please, rather than posting here ?

    I did send an email a week ago about that app via the website but no response yet.

    As we are adding in login credentials through the app, are those Admin login credentials safe, as its through the app, they would be stored there, therefore are there any risks please for my client sites if I am adding in Admin details via the App to connect the ecommerce websites ?

    Just thought I would check please.

    HI Yisrael,

    I’ve installed your plugin, and installed the App. I’ve connected the code to the plugin. Then I log into the WeConnect App on phone and it says straight away – You have reached the limit of your plan … Please upgrade your plan ! I’ve logged into my Account I created on your website WeConnect.

    Do I click on WEBSITES once I Have logged into the phone APP?

    That’s when it comes up with “You have reached the limit of your plan”.

    Is it NOT free as we just want to edit some products etc?

    Please advise urgently.

    Then I tried it again and didn’t click on websites, maybe I was in the wrong area.

    The I click on PRODUCTS in the MENU down the very bottom in blue … It says “Error – Sorry you cannot list resources [woocommerce_rest_cannot_view]

    So what do I do? How do I fix this please ?

    Do I type support in somewhere on your website rather than emailing here all the time maybe ?

    moat likely your server is blocking communication. That is a rest API error..

    ask you hosting service to fix issue for you ??

    it should work fine ??

    Hi Yisrael

    Siteground is hosting and exactly what do I say to them as they can be difficult at times to rectifying things. What other information can I provide to them. They may not help with a rest API error?

    Otherwise I’m stuck on how to fix things.

    Is it a setting that they need to fix?

    Is it part of the hosting?

    see maybe you have some special protection like cloudflare under attack mode on or vie siteground – most times its a security blocking issue ??

    You can add or edit products via tablet, or smartphone by installing the WooCommerce App, you can get it from Google Play or App Store, and you can get support from our team in case you have further questions about it.

    I have gone back into my WordPress App I had setup on my tablet last year and when I login it says “502 Bad Gateway” so I cannot login to that either

    How can I fix this please?
