Is there a Forum for Commercial Themes and Plugins?

Aloha. The support for one of my plugins is down, and I’m looking for some help. Since it’s a commercial plugin, this forum will not allow me to make a post. Is there a forum like this for paid themes and plugins used in WordPress?

You may be lucky enough to find someone here who has purchased the same plugin and is willing to take a look under the hood, however; the general rule of thumb is that commercially available themes or plugins are usually referred back to the support channels offered at the point of purchase.

It isn’t that folks don’t want to assist, but being a commercial product, the item in question isn’t usually readily available to anyone who hasn’t actually made the same purchase. That, and it impinges on the developer’s ability/responsibility to service the customer base they’ve managed to develop through their product sales.

What you might do in the meantime, is cruise back to the point of purchase/support and see if the developer has an active Twitter or Facebook account where you might be able to interact with a little one-on-one until their support site is back up. I’ve had that work for me a time or two in the past.

Thanks for the advice Clayton.

Unfortunately My Review Plugin does not have a facebook or twitter account. I am quite surprised I haven’t been able to get a response from their support staff based on how unanimously highly rated the plugin was. I’ll take your advice and post something here to see if I can get a response.

Sent an email to support at the end of last week, but not heard anything back yet.

Sorry, commercial products are not supported on these forums and www.remarpro.com does not have any additional info about them.

We can only suggest that you persevere or look for another plugin that has better support.
