Is there a feature to assign a category to a certain user?

First of all, thank you for this great plug in. I have just installed it and it is amazing. I will be leaving a great feedback as I use it more.

I have a question.
I have created a category and assigned custom fields to it. I am wondering if there is a way to make that category only available for certain WordPress user(s)?

I do not want those custom fields to be available to other users.
