Is there a easy way to start a VideoBlog?

I use FlvPlayer, But you would have to convert the video to the flv format using Rive FLV Encoder.

I have a video that I’ve edited and will convert to flash. I saw another site that had cool Flash controls that where transparent overtop of the video. Where and how do I get that type of interface onto my flash video file
