When I want to make a small change to my site using the WordPress Customizer, it always purges the cache.

I’ve tried activating the development mode in Cloudflare first, but the cache is still purged.

In this instance, I’m trying to add one line of custom CSS that affects only one page. So a full purge isn’t necessary.

Is there a way to use the WordPress Customizer, without WPCSPC purging the entire cache?

    Hi,
for development, it’s best to first enable the development mode inside Cloudflare dahsbord and then purge the whole cache from the plugin to ensure everything is bypassed and not being served as cached content.

Alternatively you can Disable Page Cache momentarily from the plugin settings page and when your development work is done, enable it back again.

    Thanks!

I just tried your alternative suggestion on my test site and it works perfectly for what I’m trying to do.

I made a small change using the Customizer, and the cache stayed intact.

It’s not something I would use very often, but it’s a very handy tip.

    Thanks again.
