Is there a custom field that stores the rating average?

Hello Blaz, here again with some questions about this great pluggin.

Is there any custom field that stores the post’s average rating? Or is it an always calculated value?

If it doesn’t exist, is there any way to add it so I can use it around my site? (guess it should be updated every time a new vote is received or at leas once daily)
