Is ther a support forum for using mailchimp?

I’m trying to do my first campaign on mailchimp but it will not allow me to edit my unfinished draft. I only allows options to email it.

Mailchimp has NO support forums, just database to search through that has no answers.

Does anyone know of a support form anywhere on the internet???
