Is the system not affected or interfered with by the Nginx cache?

    I am using Dreamhost company’s Dreampress and they are running on Nginx cache. is the country block (All-In-One Security) system that is not affected or interfered with by the Nginx cache?

    AIOS free does not have country blocking feature it is premium feature.
