    This plugin is not working correctly (1. global tabs aren’t appearing. 2. It’s impossible to scroll through tabs to manually add them from the product page dashboard)

    I submitted a ticket the day I paid for the pro version from the support tab on the plugin dashboard, no response.
    I submitted a ticket again 10 days via the email address given on the same tab, no response.
    I attempted to submit a fresh ticket, this time with a refund request, on Freshdesk, but it wasn’t possible as the license key (copied and pasted from the purchase details page on the yikes website) gives the error “Please enter valid number”

    Is anybody actually supporting this plugin? If not, why are you still accepting money for the pro version?
